The most advanced heat exchanger water tube technology
Thanks to the NHEXT® (New Heat EXchanger Technology), Sermeta brings to the market the most advanced water tube technology heat exchanger. NHEXT® is used for industrial applications, and it offers exceptional performance at output up to 8,000 MBtu/h.
The NHEXT® technology allows a very high efficiency across the whole operating range. The four fume passes recovering energy from flue gas allow to reach over 97.5% thermal efficiency.
NHEXT® water tube technology allows to build a compact boiler: maximum power output in a minimal space. The unmatched ratio weight/ output allow the NHEXT to be much lighter than other condensing technologies.

High Performance

Low water pressure losses
The new multi-channel manifold technology combined with increased tube diameters allows a reduction in water pressure losses, thanks to a facilitated circulation of water.
Compact & Lightweight
The stainless steel tubes of the Sermeta heat exchangers are folded and then hydroformed, the units are therefore very compact.

Huge turn-down ratio
The Bluejet® premix burner allows a considerable reduction of NOx thanks to its unequalled turn down ratio, from 30 to 1. This exceptional ratio allows gas consumption to be optimized. This also authorizes a great reduction numbers of ignition cycles.
Ease of maintenance
By removing only a few nuts, full access to the combustion chamber is easy at any time.
